Fireplace Remodel

Before the fireplace featured a basic black painted brick surround with a small mantel and a gas insert. The room was carpeted with neutral tones, and the walls were bare, offering minimal character. Overall, the design was functional but lacked visual impact or style.

After the entire fireplace wall has been reimagined with a custom-built, modern feature wall. Black horizontal shiplap creates a clean, dramatic backdrop while maintaining warmth and sophistication. A chunky wooden mantel adds contrast and natural texture, grounding the design. Built-in shelving with backlit lighting and reflective hexagonal tile inserts brings elegance and depth, offering both storage and display space.
